The Voice User Interface (VUI) governs what an end-user hears and also the ‘conversation’ flow during a call. The VUI incorporates a carefully selected Persona or voice personality for recorded prompts to best match the attitude a business wants to present to their end customers. Since the VUI fully defines the user’s call experience it can have a significant impact on the end-users perception of a business.

When an end-user requests certain information the taoEnki™ Speech Platform will access and search a Database in order to inform the end-user.  Similarly data provided by an end-user during a call may be stored in a database for future automatic consolidation into a custom report. Some applications require integration to existing business databases.
