Our Business Design Analyst coordinates with a customer’s team to Discover and Evaluate a proposed taoEnki™Speech Service.

Once project feasibility is confirmed the Design and Deploy phases follow:

DISCOVER PHASE

  1. Discover the desired features and functions of  the customer’s Speech Application.
  2. Make recommendations, review, and revise.
  3. Define Project Deliverables and required Reporting Formats within the Service Agreement Document.
  4. Define Project Business Terms, timeframes, payment schedules, and support levels within the Service Agreement Document.

DESIGN PHASE

  1. Define required Call Flow Logic and produce tailor made Speech Scripts.
  2. Provide Escalation Levels (for disambiguation, confirmation questions, unrecognized responses, and extended silences) for maximum accuracy.
  3. Define Custom Grammars for Optimum Speech Recognition of expected phrases.
  4. Produce Speech Script sound playback files with suitable persona.
  5. Perform Aesthetic Testing including: voice coaching, voice prompt quality, speech pacing, and flow.
  6. Incorporate Administrative Functions to comply with desired Customer protocols.

DEPLOY PHASE

  1. Implement Pilot Program – consolidated feedback, review, and revise accordingly.
  2. Deploy Speech Application Service into a Production environment.
